Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, returning is easy.
How It Works
Initiate Return
Log into your account and navigate to your order history. Select the items you wish to return.
Print Label
You will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Print it and attach it to your package.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. Keep your tracking receipt.
Get Refunded
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 60 days of purchase for all unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags still attached.
Items must be returned in their original packaging when possible. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Eligible Items
The following items are eligible for return:
- Clothing (unworn, with tags)
- Bags and accessories (unused)
- Boxing equipment (unused, in original packaging)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Gift cards
- Final sale items (marked as such at purchase)
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
